A self-proclaimed “vaping addict” is calling for the devices to be banned after her right lung collapsed twice and she suffered permanent scars.
“You never think this type of thing will happen to you — but it happened to me. It felt like my lung was on fire,” Wisconsinite Karlee Ozkurt, 20, told SWNS.
“I fell into the trap of thinking vaping was cool,” Ozkurt confessed. “But it’s stupid. I didn’t realize until it was too late.”
Ozkurt’s plea follows a recent study that found that 11.3% of American high school students reported using e-cigarettes in the past 30 days even as health experts warn of the risk of lung injury, heart attack, respiratory distress, and other dangerous side effects.
Ozkurt, an Eau Claire medical assistant, started vaping as a high school sophomore after noticing older classmates do it.

Pall Malls were my vice until I quit at the Montevideo airport waiting for my flight having run out of American cigarettes. Am still surprised how easy it was to quit smoking. Should have stopped earlier.
I’m surprised there are no reports of fentanyl vape cartridges.
I’ve been vaping since it came out. It helped me stop three pack a day habit. Last checkup, my lungs were clear. I’m able to do things without running out of breath. She’s probably putting pot in hers.

Kinda nice being able to sleep a whole night without waking up every 2 hours hacking and coughing, isn’t it?
Now if I could only get my bladder to behave....
Never vaped, but I was a pack a day smoker off and on for 35 years. Quit twice, once for nine years and once for five years. Hardest thing I’ve ever done was to quit tobacco. Been clean now for over ten years and finally feel like I can breathe again. What’s amazing is that this country was largely founded on tobacco. I believe we even sold tobacco to England during the Revolutionary War. Any historians out there tell me if I’m wrong.
I remember reading that cigarettes were used for currency in Germany after World War 2.

Cut out ALL sugar and most carbs and your bladder, in most cases, should return to NORMAL.
I can honestly say "it worked wonders for me!" I truly feel 20 years younger and have never felt healthier. Been on it for 5 months now.
