When is Baldwin’s turn?
This moving to trial stage went completely under my radar. Is a trial also underway for Arec?

IF Baldwin doesn’t get 3 time that this is a miscarriage. she did not point the gun OR pull the trigger!
I can’t imagine any situation where an movie armorer would need real bullets.
I have not followed this case, so what follows is speculation only. I hope this is justice. I fear that this is absolution for Baldwin. The little people take the fall.
Not a Baldwin fan and he was stupid to point a gun but its not his fault a live round of ammo was in the prop gun. Incompetent crew most responsible.
When’s the bigshot going to trial?
She is just a fall-guy.
She was never qualified to be an armorer.
The fault lies with whoever hired her.
(I’m looking at you, Arec Barwin.)
I kind of felt sorry for Hanna. She was one of the first women armorers for a film with established actors.
Hanna is the daughter of Thell Reed, who is a very well known armorer in Hollywood. I guess she got careless and a little bit lazy on that movie set, so Hanna does have her share of the blame to answer for.
Was it ever determined where the live ammo came from, why it was there?
Early on, it was said that someone was shooting live ammo, in the pistol.
Morrissey also said that following the fatal shooting, the 27-year-old armorer was more “worried about her career” and less about the victims.
Who’s not worried about their own hide?
Someone put hot rounds in that revolver and I doubt it was the armorer. If the authorities don’t clean this up they should be kicked squarely in the teeth. Twice.
But, she didn’t pull the trigger....

Baldwin could mow down a crowded sidewalk driving an SUV, and he would blame the SUV.
ALWAYS assume a gun is dangerous. Check, re-check, and re-re-check. If it is in your hand, you are responsible.
(I know, I know, using the term ‘responsible’ around democRATS is ridiculous).
Bottom line is Alec was the PRODUCER and thus responsible for everything on the set.
Period.

The gun fired the shot? Baldwin’s finger pulled the trigger, thus he fired shot.
Baldwin’s the guy over in the corner going “Nyuck nyuck nyuck!
One of the first stories out on the net after the shooting was that Baldwin was pissed at cinematographer Halyna Hutchins because she wanted a second take at the scene they had just completed. Baldwin’s supposed reaction was to point the gun at Hutchins saying “take this” or something similar and pulled the trigger.
Given Baldwins known temper it could actually have happened that way. During his trial several who were on set and have not yet been public may provide this or another version of the event.
