I thought the boot was to hide ankle monitors. (Of course there are also legit reasons for wearing one.)
So what’s the deal with Mel Gibson? Legit injury?
Or are there other reasons for the boots (besides legit injuries and ankle monitors)?
Could they be used on people who are needed to testify? That could explain suspicious boots on both black hats and white hats.
