Nikki Haley, the daughter of two non-citizens, is patently ineligible to serve as President or Vice President under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution
The following analysis is a detailed response to critiques of an article I wrote earlier this month that garnered national attention, and was even Truthed by President Trump, shedding light on Nikki Haley’s ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. My article was published originally on my Substack and American Greatness, and was titled “The Constitution Absolutely Prohibits Nikki Haley From Being President Or Vice President.” As A Threshold Matter, Nikki Haley, The Daughter Of Two Non-Citizens, Must Provide Proof That Her Parents Were Lawful Residents When She Was Born
As we head into the New Hampshire Republican primary, the presidential field has consolidated around three major candidates: Donald Trump, the frontrunner by wide margins, Nikki Haley, and Ron DeSantis. With Vivek Ramaswamy’s distant fourth place finish in Iowa and subsequent endorsement of the 45th President, Trump’s edge in New Hampshire looks insurmountable.
Recent polling suggests that he commands an outright majority of all New Hampshire GOP voters, meaning that even if all the remaining candidates dropped out and rallied around a single challenger to Trump, their collective effort would still fail – without, perhaps, outside help from Democrats and Independents. With recent reports that Ron DeSantis’ War Room has been dissolved, and all the staff being laid off in the aftermath of Iowa’s disaster, it seems to have proven true Nikki Haley’s post-Iowa declaration that the Republican Primary has now become “a two person race.”

Thanks for posting that!
But yet the courts dont agree with you.
You have to get past Wong Kim Ark (1898) for instance.
The decision does not reference an explicit or implicit “naturalization”.
And that is a VERY old case.
The law as you would like it to be is not the same as the law as it is, which has been subject to centuries of interpretation.
It would take a truly colossal political shift to get a change to your ideal interpretation.
Being Spanish, I appreciate a good Quixotic position, but the ingenious hidalgo only very rarely got his way.
NBC kooks just won't admit it" Are you a US citizen? Then yeah. You can become the president.
Birthers are 0-226 on Obama alone.
Obama's mother is an American who was born in Kansas. Obama grew up with his mother and his maternal grandparents were influential in raising him.
I agree.
Truth doesn't matter. When did it ever?
That did not stop obozo.

And this 5 word sentence is all that is needed to stop the idiot blatherings about the NBC nonsense.
But No....
You wanna know the real reason so many people are hung up on NBC? Racism. They are racists.
They don’t want them brown foreigners (Obama, Nikki, Kamala, Vivek, etc.) in office.
Your bank robbery analogy is an interesting one. However, 99% of the public would agree on just what a bank robbery is. Unfortunately, that is not the case when it comes to the definition of “natural born”.
For good or for bad, when things get murky the courts rely on precedence. And a precedence has been set. The voters thought Obama was eligible. And so we got a president whose first allegiance was certainly not to the United States.
I’m not happy with this. The Founders wisely tried to minimize foreign influence when selecting a President. Yet here we are. And I don’t see it changing.
You are welcome. I think it is important to make people aware that this issue is not so cut and dried as the court people would have us believe.
If her parents weren’t not citizens at the time of her birth Niki is not a natural born citizen. At least not Constitutionally. Unfortunately modern courts do not care for the law and they have routinely stated that even illegal aliens born on US soil are natural born citizens.
“...her parents birth places mean nothing in this case.”
Your opinion does not count in this case.
The writers of the Constitution added the natural born clause, and it means born of citizen parents, as per their own definition.

You are correct on one point. Opinions don’t matter. But settled law and court decisions do.
Natural Born Citizenship under the Constitution has been nullified and set aside.
They all started as Catholics, or their ancestors did, and the modern sense of it (natural law) comes straight through Aquinas, whom they probably read. Or they got it via someone else who got it via Aquinas.
“Divine right” is another matter. The Catholic view is in fact that “natural law” trumps “divine right”, as does, well, actual divinity. It is a limited concept and not part of any conception of “natural law”.
I am reminded of what Doc Holiday said to Ed in the movie "Tombstone."
"Ed, what an ugly thing to say... does this mean we're not friends anymore? You know, Ed, if I thought you weren't my friend, I just don't think I could bear it. "
I have a *VERY* low opinions of "courts" in general, and Judges in particular.
You have to get past Wong Kim Ark (1898) for instance.
Not really. They never decide that Wong Kim Ark is a "natural born citizen." They just decide that he's a "citizen."
They weren't dealing with Presidential eligibility here. Besides, how right could the court that gave us Plessey vs Ferguson be?
The law as you would like it to be is not the same as the law as it is, which has been subject to centuries of interpretation.
And therein lies the problem. Too much of it is the opinions of judges, and not the opinions of the framers. Evidence that doesn't conform is tossed out.
It would take a truly colossal political shift to get a change to your ideal interpretation.
Like Roe vs Wade or United States vs Miller?
Fix the lying media, and we could fix a lot of what is wrong with this country.
The existing interpretation of the law does not prevent the very thing the founders were worried about when they created the "natural born citizen" requirement.
The Vattel definition handles the problem easily.
If we are to conclude that we want a definition that accomplishes what the founders intended, we have to go with Vattel, because English law doesn't do it.
You gonna go with the courts? You know they think men can become women, don't you?
Sure you want to trust the courts over your own common sense?
It is coincidental that everyone who has foreign parents and is running for the Presidency is brown, but you are barking up the wrong tree if you think this is the real motivation behind people wanting to stop foreign influence getting in our government.
I wouldn't want any European socialist types running for the office either. Europe has lost it's d@mn mind, and most Europeans are nuts.
And for what it's worth, I like Ramaswamy and Cruz. I am less sure of Ramaswamy, but I would very much like Cruz for President. I supported him in 2016 against Trump.
Well why wouldn't they? Not a single state official demanded to see any proof he was born here, so the public just thought he was fine.
Had every state demanded proof he was born here before allowing him on the ballot, the public might have had a very different view on the topic.
You gotta understand how they manipulate the public into believing things, whether they are true or not.
This I agree with. I also point out the courts are idiots/liars, depending on which judges you get.
That makes sense. He got the ball started for people to think along these lines.
“Divine right” is another matter. The Catholic view is in fact that “natural law” trumps “divine right”, as does, well, actual divinity. It is a limited concept and not part of any conception of “natural law”.
Yes, Catholicism has often had an uneasy relationship with Monarchy throughout it's history. I can see this.
But when Obama II, aka Barry Soetoro, wrote his book it was, “Dreams From My Father”, not is mother or grandparents. It seems his foreign, non-immigrant, non-U.S. Citizen, bigamist, Communist, anti-American father Obama Sr. had a far greater influence on him.
