Malcolm X Interview (1963) 2:25............... American History TV C-SPAN
Very enlightened man..............
He’s right, for the most part. However, where he is wrong is that those who are sincerely conservative are not interested in exercising power except to preserve the foundation of the country.
His autobiography was a most interesting read.
We have to remember he was talking about the conservatives of his day, which included the Southern conservative Democrats.
And MLK was a Republican......................
.
That’s a good point.
MLK was neither a Republican nor a Democrat. He voted for JFK and LBJ. He did not want anyone to vote for Goldwater. So???
for those that saw the crazy flying defendant yesterday who went berserk and attacked a Judge.. he refused to show up in court today.
the new judge didnt revoke his bail saying she wasnt comfortable doing it without him present.
Crazy Crazy stuff going on.
I sent th3 link to this video to my daughter, who is (sadly, to my everlasting shame) an avowed lib. I expect no response from her.

Malcolm X wanted to raise the bar for black people, not lower it.
That made him an enemy of liberals of both parties.
I believe you’ve hit on the (likely) reason he was knocked off - can’t have no uppity peoples tryin to leave the plantation, dontcha know ...

MLK was an interesting guy. He hinted he was a Republican because he hated the segregationist southern Democrats. I saw that one go both ways in the history books. He distrusted Kennedy at first but warmed to him after JFK backed his and Abernathy’s safety while in jail.
And he may have voted for him, but he became a huge pain in the neck for Johnson, certainly no longer a fan by the time of his death. MLK was training his gunsites on the Vietnam War.
Wait a minute! You mean to tell me the attacker didn’t spend the duration in jail? He was out on the street?
it is an incredible story
dude said he wanted to kill her and they freed him
