One of my 2 younger brothers is about to pass...
Depending on the time element I have about a 1k mile trip to make soon... :-(
My sincere condolences.
That’s hard stuff. I wish you and your family peace in a difficult time.
I have lost a Father, a Mother, a Brother, a Wife and all my older relatives. It is a fact of life. No one gets out of here alive. Remember them, praise them but life goes on. One day all of us will pass. Enjoy the life you still have and let some one else morn your death.

Pretty Song, sorry for your pending loss.
My dad lost his younger brother who was 16 years younger than my dad. My Uncle thought he had a bug in his ear, but it turned out to be brain cancer. Within a 6 month period he passed.
My dad's younger sister had a firecracker thrown at her. It caught her dress on fire and she burned to death running & screaming to her house where my grandmother saw her die out the kitchen window. She lost her two younger children before she passed. I'm not certain about her age, but I believe she was less than 10 years old when it happened.
Life has its sad & happy times. Live life to its fullest to avoid regrets, but even then regrets creep in anyway.
May God bless you and your brother. Lost my second of two older brothers two years ago. Leave now to try and see him so at least you tried.
Sincerest condolences. 💐
I am so sorry, especially at this time of year...
My grandmother lost her 3 sons before she passed…an infant,a 12+year old.and a 32 year old ( my father )…….sad
Prayers up for your brother, you and your family. Safe travels in Jesus’ Name. Praying your brother knows the Savior and is ready to meet Him face to face. My dad just died on Thanksgiving so I can relate.
So, so sorry, Paul. I lost my brother, on Dec. 1, 2018. Many prayers going out to you and your family.
I received a call on Christmas eve from my sister-in-law. She told me that my brother had passed away suddenly from a heart attack. He had had problems for some time.
For what it’s worth. He lectured me that I should get the jab. He meant well. I can’t believe that the jab helped him, or anyone.
Sorry for your loss.
So sorry Paul. I’ve lost a dad, a mom and a sister but not a brother yet. I know that one’s gonna hurt.
Stay strong man.
Thanks, and thanks, All.
This one has nothing to do with vacc’s, etc. My side of the family has a history of lung issues, usually not fatal, but, my brother smoked and drank too. Not a good combo, even though he never got obese and was physically quite active until a few years ago. He’s only 66. And had respiratory problems way before COVID. Once upon a time he was one of IBM’s top troubleshooters - they sent him all over, even including Egypt...
Yes, the timing is really bad, and my wife’s travelling visiting friends. :-(
He was found unresponsive and is in a coma. Unfortunately I have a dependent here and “everybody” seems to be out of town. But even if I could leave right now, he’ll never hear me. Damn.
But, thank you anyway. Support helps!
Solace in music and prayers and support. :-)
I’m so sorry; I offer my sincere condolences. Losing a sibling, especially a close one, isn’t easy. Been there and done that three years ago, also during the holiday season.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I also send up a prayer for your safe travels. God really does help us to get through things like this.
