More about Vitamins and Vitamin A:

In general, I believe knowledge about minerals and supplements which protect health are being downplayed (distorted?), as we saw happening during 'covid' in relation to the powerful protective capacity of Vitamin D and zinc.

Looking into Recommended Daily Allowance and the Upper Limit (safety) for nutrients set by the FDA , the recommendations have changed as of 2016. Actually, the proposal to change all nutrient guidlines was fielded in 2015 and new guidelines being pubicized starting 2016.

By now, I question the timing, because with or without Hillary, the international community had been working on plans to address a plandemic. Therefore, I have feeble trust in either RDA nor UL, given both were set by the medical regime. The Upper Limit may be set too high, the lower limit, too low.

No way to tell, but the fact that most Americans were deficient in Vitamin D by the time the  Plandemic rolled around made me look at the FDA and CDC with the question, "Why did you never educate the public about basic measures to protect themselves from illness?"  During an interview, Fauci proudly told a reporter that he always supplemented with D in the winder; I guess that information is only for DC/MSM insiders? I agree with others saying we just have to do the best we can in caring for optimal health, because we have a medical regime who will mislead us or simply doesn't care about public health.

Anyway, someone recently remarked to me, after she watched a video about  children diagnosed with 'white lung' in Hawaii, "The doctor in the video said the children need Vitamin A but the medical staff there won't give it to them." I tried finding information about Vitamin A deficiency and public health and found little of use. Today I stumbled across a scrap of information; Vitamin A deficiency may include 'chest infections' as a symptom. Well, that would be useful to know.

The standard advice available is to get Vitamin A from foods rather than supplements if possible, and if using supplements, take them with fat containing foods to maximize absorbtion. If you take too much 'preformed' Vitamin A, it can reduce the effectiveness of Vitamin D. Worse, excessive Vitamin A can be toxic.

Toxicity
Vitamin A toxicity may be more common in the U.S. than a deficiency, due to high doses of preformed vitamin A (retinol) found in some supplements. Vitamin A is also fat-soluble, meaning that any amount not immediately needed by the body is absorbed and stored in fat tissue or the liver. If too much is stored, it can become toxic. The tolerable upper intake of 3,000 mcg of preformed vitamin A, more than three times the current recommended daily level, is thought to be safe. However, there is some evidence that this much preformed vitamin A might increase the risk of bone loss, hip fracture [10-12], or some birth defects. [13] Another reason to avoid too much preformed vitamin A is that it may interfere with the beneficial actions of vitamin D.

The standard recommendation I find is that beta carotenes (e.g., pigment in carrots) can be broken down by the body to form Vitamin A. Not everyone can convert beta-carotenes to Vitamin A, but most can and in that form beta-carotenes are safer to take (i.e., when I was 19 two of my friends tried living on carrots until the end of the month; their skin turned orange, but they were otherwise unharmed).

So does trump eat too many carrots?

On a positive note, he must have excellent vision?

Re Vitamin A:

Hmmm. Maybe the insiders know about real levels needed and that’s why celebrities look “tan.”

And why doesn’t a physical include analysis of all vitamin and mineral levels so diet can be tailored to the individual? Surely we are capable of individualized treatment by now.

Interestingly the answer to nearly all vitamin and mineral issues can be solved by sea moss or shilijat.

Simple answer.

The FDA has no clue about vitamins.

Last year when I had that HORRIBLE Shingles infection (which, coincidently, came up a few days after I had done a Pilates class next to a woman who had informed me she had just had her Shingles vaccine THAT morning), my ND prescribed Vitamin A taken as such: 10 capsules per day for 3 days; then take none for 3 days; then repeat 10 caps for 3 days, etc. the capsules were 7500 mcg each in the form of fish liver oil. It’s hard to say if it worked, since she also gave me a massive dose 36 gram infusion of Vitamin C IV plus a huge syringe of glutathione. It finally put a stop to the shingles, which had spread down the full length of my leg at that point.

She also told me that if I ever get a scratchy or sore throat, to take one of the capsules and pop it between my teeth and let it coat the back of the throat. I have done this twice and it has worked both times.

I read that even the so-called harm of vitamin A was based on a single anecdote of some artic explorers who ate a diet for months consisting solely of Polar Bear liver (or was it seals?). Anyway, whatever it was was off-the-charts in vitamin A and so the vitamin got labeled by the very crooked FDA etc. as having a danger of over dosing.

I hope we all understand they would love to ban all vitamins and supplements except by prescription. I have never met a doctor (except one acupuncturist) who had the slightest interest in preventing disease and aging by supplementation.
