Hmmm. Maybe the insiders know about real levels needed and that’s why celebrities look “tan.”

And why doesn’t a physical include analysis of all vitamin and mineral levels so diet can be tailored to the individual? Surely we are capable of individualized treatment by now.

The vitamin levels used for comparison are meaningless. Those levels were set by people who had no clue about the health benefits of large vitamin doses. Excpt, A which is harmful in large doses.

Believe it or don’t but a very good guide to vitamin dosage is the extensive vitamin and mineral aisle at Walmart. There will be a low dosage bottle and a high dosage bottle. Tat is what the market demands and people use.

Relying on the FDA guidelines is the real damage. Walmart actually knows
