"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

From the airborne shot further back it appears to be a fairly performance level vehicle. If the guy had a seizure/event and jammed the gas pedal down the results are pretty believable. Airborne, exposed fuel tank snag/shred…boom.

Well now that you mention that, maybe the government (C_A) commandeered the Bentley and made it ram into the concrete barrier in order to accomplish all the things a terrorist would accomplish - chaos, another reason to curtail travel, create civil unrest, stoke fear, and generally ruin people’s peace of mind and holidays. It’s getting really hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys any more, though I no longer believe that either the C_A or the government were ever the good guys.

You’ve hit on something I’ve been thinking about but didn’t know how to express. I remember reading a couple years back about new cars would be fit with some device that cops could bring to a Dead Stop a car they were chasing on the freeway or street through interference with brakes.
But never heard any more if they did that.

I did say that early on and I’m going to correct myself. In order to get into Canada, which was ostensibly where they were going, they’d have to actually cross the full length of the Rainbow Bridge to get to the border officials for Canada. There is no checkpoint prior to getting on the bridge, though there is a rather pricey toll booth. They’re considered to be in Canada halfway across the bridge and the accident was clearly in Niagara Falls, New York. Only an American border official (on duty) was injured in the blast.
The path of the vehicle shows that the driver didn’t even attempt to get on the bridge, unless he tried and was turned back earlier, then returned to wreak havoc. The bridge is slanted to the northwest heading into Canada. The driver cut across the front of it in a west or southwest direction and charged into a barrier meant to keep northbound (to Canada) and southbound (to US) traffic apart. The car flipped over the barrier, flew into the air and exploded mid-air before falling to the ground in a million or more pieces. This means that the passengers didn’t make it to the Canadian Customs area to have their papers examined and be identified. I apologize for not understanding early on where the event happened.
Jihad Watch were the ones who reported that an Iranian passport was found on the ground on the US side. If that’s true, it must have been blown out of the car from the force of the blast, and somehow missed catching fire. Those passport covers are pretty durable.
