William Federer talked about his book, What Every American Needs to Know About the Qur’an: A History of Islam and the United States.
He used slides as he talked about the political and military aspects of the life of Muhammad and how they inform Islam. He also responded to questions from students in the audience at the 20th annual Eagle Forum Collegians Leadership Summit from the Allison Auditorium of the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C
The historical problem was that Muslims can go beserk. It doesn’t happen often, but it can happen, as with the Armenians.
One really big problem is that Muslims want dominance. The Europeans are finding out that they are not just another bunch of immigrant workers.
Another really big problem is that Muslims would like to kill off homosexuals and people who are not “of the book”, such as most Chinese and Asian Indians.
A third problem is that the US is getting to the point where their political influence will mean that American Jews might be prohibited by federal law from supporting Israel (or living in it). Israel might be sanctioned by the US government in the manner that Iran and the Russian Federation are.
Growing US Muslim political power could even get to the point where F-35 and Patriot missiles are gifted to Syria for use against Israel.
There is the potential of exported US weapons being sent to Syria and other actors hostile to Israel upon the demand of Muslims in say Canada or Western Europe.
I end many arguments with this point …

That’s a trick question.
Under islamic law and tradition, it’s “appropriate” to do anything you want to unbelievers (Kafir - aka “infidels”), to the tune of an estimated 750 million dead and 57 states since 623 AD.
It’s what leftists refer to as “By Any Means Necessary.”

A wholly specious question. Formulated as if the question had any meaning. It does not.
Islam is supremacist -- in this world. Therefore, all other "members of another religion" are inferior, wrong and to be under the yoke of Islam.
Islam is violent, as are many other cultures, but its violence is ordained within its scripture. Peace, as defined by Islam, is when all accept or are under the yoke of Islam. Any other definition by other "members of another religion" are wrong.
Islam is deceitful, and "Allah is the greatest of deceivers," such that to deceive other "members of another religion" is their right.
The initial question, as cited from the title, hides an incorrect premise.

As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens.
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs.
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply.
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam.
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues.
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare.
From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia law as a weapon, and jizya, the tax placed on infidels.
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some state-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim.
100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word.
