This is the harrowing story of Miki, a father from southern Israel 🇮🇱, who singlehandedly defeated over 10 Hamas terrorists who hunted him and his family in their home during the October 7th massacre.

Israel needs the second amendment...or a Swiss style ready reserve with a requirement to keep their weapons at home.
The Second Amendment is great, however I don't believe even 2A type of Constitutional Law is safe from power mad gun controlling Marxists anywhere in the world.

But the article was about a guy in his house trying to protect his family. His first priority was to secure his family; only then could he have engaged in a fire fight at anything beyond close quarters. Apparently he did not have that luxury.
Israel has learned its lesson about the second amendment. Has the world learned its lesson about radical Islam and Hamas?
My wife understands my lifetime collection of 50 guns and 50,000 rounds of ammunition and range time and hunting in the woods. The endless Horus of reloading and practice and working to perfection accuracy up close with hand guns and 600 meters out with a rifle. She understands, she gets it.

Even if the Israelis only had 22LR rifles this would have turned out differently. I’m not recommending 22LR for self-defense. But any firearm is better than no firearm. Hamas terrorists wouldn’t have come near a handful of settlers with 1022s and some 25 or 50rd magazines. At close ranges 22LR is deadly. GarandThumb has a video where he shows 22 being lethal up to several hundred yards.
These terrorists are thugs. They’d melt away from any determined opposition. Israeli leftists denied those people any chance of survival. They’ll probably be reelected though. Leftists never learn.

From Yahoo today they ran a The NY Times story of Israelis shooting dead a arab father who was just picking olives with his family. They were trying to make the Jews the bad ones.
I posted my comment and it was rejected saying I was inciting hatred....
The same NY Times that always supports the criminals, the dictators and covers up to this day the millions killed by the communists.
