My Life was a great guy. First time I saw I’m at a Texas shoot. Long blond pony tail… I wasn’t sure. But his sense of humor and kindness overshadowed any doubts
I knew Tuesday but all day yesterday I kept thinking it was Monday. I even checked mail & when I left for laundromat told son to be alert for Amazon delivery( yup Monday)

No, I was hoping somebody had something different. I like polenta (sorry Jem) but rarely make it. There is a polenta ‘Pie’ recipe I like, you layer polenta, meat sauce, and bechamel.
But again, the taste is similar. Oh and I have a polenta and green chili recipe - THAT’s the one I’ll make. You put a layer of polenta, then cheese with green chilis, then another polenta layer. It’s different and I love green chilis.
Going to an eye doctor, a new dry eye guy. I’m very hopeful!! I’m sick of driving all around the state.

Yes they are.
I did google it and there are a few different things you can do, but it just seemed like different toppings. I guess polenta is just pretty basic. No matter what you surround it with, it’s still polenta lol. I like polenta well enough.
I remember years ago when I had never heard of polenta. All I heard was how great it is, how delicious, how we’re having a polenta dinner, etc. It was built up soooo much lol. So then I sit down to this blob of boiled cornmeal with sauce on it. Talk about letdown! It was ok, but everyone yammered on about it like it was lobster with drawn butter! Or bacon-wrapped scallops. Or a good burger!
I sure hope so, exit!
