how about polenta recipes? do you have any ideas for serving it?
I love polenta but only have a limited number of ideas for serving it. Usually either soft or chilled and grilled, with something like chicken cacciatore. A little bit of sauce to have with it.

I had to sing the big Mac ingredients song - we got some and ate in the car - and that special sauce was what ended up on my shirt AND pants. And hubby ate his without even needing a napkin.
It's hard to do these days,but I buy very little as I've many closets full of clothes and shoes! ha!
Yes I'm a hoarder,because styles recycle and ,so I'm up to date no matter the year,if only my weight would stay the same as my many clothes! ha!

Yes, here is my method:
I am modifying my Christmas list
NO polenta for Jemian!
(That would have to include grits, since polenta is the yellow-corn version of grits)
That works for me. I do not at all like grits.
I figured the Grits would be in the trash with the polenta
but wait....they are both mushy
I thought that was a good thing?
That's okay,because my kids can't eat pizza without Ranch dressing!!
What and Wait a minute!
After all the hours of making home cooked from scratch marinara sauce ,they choose a bottle of ranch dressing!HA! The grand's also! Ugh!
I don’t recall Spirit posting anything about going to DC. Do you know for a fact she did?
I am afraid Spirit may no longer be with us. :-( We were sharing traveling videos on IM. She was diabetic and she just suddenly dropped off all communication.
