My first car was a Ford Fairlane that would have been a freshman in high school when I was a senior! Lol!
I’m short so my brother attached a block of wood to the gas pedal for me so that I could reach it better than with the tips of my toes!

It takes an exceptional person to apologize, IMO. I’ve known a lot of supposed Christians that can’t, or rather won’t. So if they won’t apologize, they likely won’t forgive either.
But they are happy to preach that others should.
My favorite people are those that don’t lecture others, but quietly do the right thing. Boasting is a sin as well, especially if the boasting is about spiritual principles. I’m sure someone knows the verse I think I’m talking about.

Well apparently I’m taking that advice to heart. I haven’t cleaned a thing yet. But cats and dogs have all gotten their flea medication. Mama has her antibiotic. Cooper has had his pain medicine. Litter boxes and food bowls are taken care of. Kitten room and Mama’s room is swept.
I guess I handle my priorities first, such little angels :-)
But now I need to take a break and do important things, like go meme hunting. I haven’t done my fair share here. Sorry norsky!
As a self-described clean freak, you would be disgusted with my house. I need to do the deep cleaning before I can get to the fine-tune cleaning. I’ll be lucky to have it done by thanksgiving. I hate cleaning and I do everything else first. I just went outside and found some gardening to do, in the middle of winter! There’s always something I can do outside.
The turkey will be a big one! I always get a big one and we need leftover gravy turkey stuffing mashed potatoes Etc we eat that for a week. And I like making casseroles with the turkey meat. And then I get to can the stock with my new All American canner, and I’ll use that for next year’s gravy. I made some stuffing bread and it smelled pretty good. I froze it, I’ll give everybody some bread to take home along with leftovers, and they can make turkey sandwiches.

Internet was out this morning, grrrr, some robot got it fixed.
I want that robot to fix the pool motor that broke 2 days ago and for the leak under the bathroom sink yesterday.
Then today the internet interference.

I’m so sorry, sweetie. Bad news. The rally is Saturday lol. I didn’t notice that in the wee hours when I first posted it.
I did wonder about President Trump attending the funeral. I thought about his “lovely” niece being there as well. That could be awkward.
Lol I would not be disgusted by yours or anyone else’s house, as it matters very little to me what anyone else does with their time or their home.
I think it’s more like I’m an orderly freak than anything. I like things put away and tidy. But that’s my place - couldn’t care less what others do, honestly.
Having said that, if you have one of those hoarder houses like I’ve seen on tv, then, well, yeah. That’s another story lol. I still wouldn’t care, but I would visit either.....I’d probably start cleaning up!

Mine was a 64.
It looked very much like this but not quite so shiny!:
Not a dent or scratch on it.
I thought it was grey but discovered when I washed it that it was light metallic blue!
It had belonged to an elderly couple and sat in front of their house almost all its life, probably never washed but also not driven in the rain.
Mine had bubble seat covers in the front and the back!
I wish I still had that car.

Oh dear....I hope my “sermons” didn’t come across as lecturing. I’m the last person to be lecturing, that’s for sure. I just figure the best way to do things is to follow what Scripture tells us.
You mentioned narcissists earlier - narcissists cannot apologize. It must be an overwhelming amount of pride. They think they do no wrong. I guess I don’t mind apologizing when I’ve been wrong because I’ve had so much practice at it lol.
