K.A.---been around military for many years, first husband was in the presidential sqd. JFK was his boss so I know a little about what is going on, the inauguration parade looked more like a funeral possession to me and I wondered at that point "did the old man die and they just don't want to tell it yet". Never seen anything like it before.

I want to make sure we don’t lose sight of who is among the top of the pyramid of the globalist elite trying to take over the world by first destroying it then “building it back better” in their image.

One of those at the very top is @Pontifex (Pope Francis).

His recent actions promoting transgender behavior as well as homosexual activities by many catholic bishops( @USCCB), including many known for their pedophile activities as well as select catholic services who are involved in child trafficking is an abhorrent attitude for a Pontiff to display.

Now, the Pope is going after one of the only US Bishops in the United States standing up for the catholic faith. Bishop Strickland of Tyler, TX is being punished for promoting & protecting the faith of his flock in Tyler.

I’m 5’8” and guessing my weight now to be about 120 I was 133 day of surgery but have only eaten a cup of soup or grits for 2 weeks

Hope hubby is progressing well. I’ve several friends who have had knee surgery the past few months and Al struggling with pain n rehab

I’m glad to see you back among us.

I have had an interesting transformation that occurred for no known reason....... except for maybe getting old.

I went to a specialist doctor’s office and they measured my height. The nurse announced 5’ 7”. I said no way. I’ve been 5’ 9” all my life. She remeasured and guess what...... I was in fact 5’ 7”. I was 2 inches shorter.

By the same token, for reasons not known I lost 4” in waist size.

My A1c is down so maybe it is actually good

I’ve heard both as well. So confusing. That’s why I think it is such a disservice to people to present scenarios that may or may not be true, as truth.

I hope we find out everything soon - it’s getting pretty bleak out there.....everywhere!

I certainly hope all of these very hopeful scenarios are true, but would like to know for certain.

I decided to go about this whole BMI thing from a different angle. I figured it in reverse....that is, take your weight, and figure out how tall or short you need to be. I just haven’t quite decided on how to gain a foot in height yet, but I’ll let you know when it happens!
