I’m glad to see you back among us.

I have had an interesting transformation that occurred for no known reason....... except for maybe getting old.

I went to a specialist doctor’s office and they measured my height. The nurse announced 5’ 7”. I said no way. I’ve been 5’ 9” all my life. She remeasured and guess what...... I was in fact 5’ 7”. I was 2 inches shorter.

By the same token, for reasons not known I lost 4” in waist size.

My A1c is down so maybe it is actually good

Yes men have that height loss also spinal compression n scoliosis the two reasons- might be others. I was shocked also when nurse said 5’5” . No way I thought
