There would not have been a problem if he had threatened to kill President Trump.
If Robertson had said the same thing about Trump, the FBI would have created reasons to ignore him.
Takeaway: If 30 FBI agents/swat with a warrant come to your house to arrest you, don't point a weapon at them unless you're ready to meet your Maker.
Never too late to warn folks the FBI went off the rails back in the mid sixties, with the murder of Ed Deegan and the trial of four men accused of the murder. That trial was a show trial to protect paid informants the FBI in Boston didn’t want discovered.
Four men sent to prison for a crime of murder they had nothing to do with, to protect a couple of slime balls the FBI valued highly at the expense of justice.
It’s been pretty much downhill ever since. Maybe it started with J. Edgar, someone knows.
This guy was one of them.
There were probably thousands of posts every day about Trump that were similar or worse.
10 MILLION illegals!! Biden and his puppet masters are a pathetic disgrace to American citizens!! AND their goal? - SCREW AMERICA!!...imho

The man was obese and could barely walk.
They knew his schedule.
Follow him to the grocery store, do a felony traffic stop on him.
If he was as bad as they made him out to be, he would have made a move on the cop/deputy and he would have been dealt with at the time....NOPE.
Other than murdering the guy, this wasn’t that far off from what they did to Roger Stone. An older guy with a very sick wife. Showed up with every law enforcement agency they could, to include marine units, as if Stone would try to make a break for it in the canal behind his home. Best part though, Stone was so dangerous that the Feds donned their plate carriers and brought M4s, but they were also wearing baseball hats....hmmmmm
Biden is brain dead - it would be a mercy.
The rule of law has nothing to do with being deserving. Comes to it, we all get better than we deserve. Capital punishment is about someone who has violated the most sacrosanct of our culture’s taboos. In which case it is that society’s moral imperative to insure that the offender never has opportunity to repeat such a crime, therefore he must be denied the company of men, all men.
Since we don’t have prisons on the moon (yet (cue the Robert Heinlein jokes), our only option is to put them in the cell they never can escape from: the hole in the ground.
No investigation here, the FBI is above the law, so just move along.
Remember the classic, Ruby Ridge. You can catch it on You Tube.
In the completely (thankfully) unlikely event that I’m ever sworn in as president my first executive order on that late January day would be to immediately disarm every FBI agent and employee, from the Director on down to the mailroom trainee, making it an immediately fireable offense to carry any sort of weapon on the job irrespective of local laws or personal permits.
The FBI should, as it’s name says, be limited to investigation.
Yes. Of course. He threatened a Democrat president. If he’d threatened a Republican president, he’d deserve to have a late-night talk show on network television.
"in his customary all-caps"
Why didn’t Madonna get this treatment?
