The official reason for the FBI raid on Robertson’s home emerged later that day in the form of a federal criminal complaint originally filed under seal and detailing alleged threats Robertson made against Democratic political figures on social media. A few days earlier, in what appeared to be his final Facebook post, Robertson had written: “I HEAR BIDEN IS COMING TO UTAH,” in his customary all-caps, describing the president’s anticipated Aug. 9 visit to Salt Lake City. “DIGGING OUT MY OLD GHILLIE SUIT AND CLEANING THE DUST OFF THE M24 SNIPER RIFLE. WELCOME, BUFFOON-IN-CHIEF!”
“I just can’t believe this required a SWAT team and a dawn raid,” one of Robertson’s friends, an art history professor at a local community college, said on Glenn Beck’s radio show the day after Robertson was killed. “He may be a hothead, he may be a crank, but he’s not going to be that kind of a threat.”

Exactly. This was a show raid just like the Koresh raid. Both of them could have been arrested somewhere else without issue.
No investigation here, the FBI is above the law, so just move along.

In the completely (thankfully) unlikely event that I’m ever sworn in as president my first executive order on that late January day would be to immediately disarm every FBI agent and employee, from the Director on down to the mailroom trainee, making it an immediately fireable offense to carry any sort of weapon on the job irrespective of local laws or personal permits.
The FBI should, as it’s name says, be limited to investigation.

The fact is there is no law dictating the day, time and place the FBI chooses to arrest you - or whether they bring swat or not. If we point a weapon at a law enforcement officer in a threatening manner, we shouldn't be surprised if we get shot. The courts generally exonerate law enforcement who shoot an individual when threatened by a lethal weapon.
FBI went corrupt when Mueller took over. There is no saving it.
Fire everyone except those in the testing depts — DNA, fingerprints, etc. All the rest are scum.

There are already laws proscribing the public expression of comments that advocate or threaten unlawful acts of violence. Posted messages have to be individually evaluated relative to applicable laws
Did he point a weapon at them? How do we know that? We have every reason not to trust the FIB given how corrupt they’ve been in the last several years.
Let’s see the body cam footage. Don’t tell me there is none.
