Almost same here.. Had 21 credit hours/semester (had to get permission for that..), a full-time job, AND a part-time job. (What good is sleep, anyway 🙄).

Well sweetheart, I left home Sunday evening and drove a couple hours to a hotel.

I’m helping lead a training program all week. I’m taking a short break now with a work dinner in an hour.

I should get home sometime Thursday night.

I’ll likely hit 150 hotel nights this year. 9-5 is a fleeting memory. That said,’I love what I do for a living.

When I left the military, I went to work at U.S. Steel...We had three shifts...8am to 4pm...4pm to 12 midnight...Midnight to 8am...We ate lunch when we had a break...

That sounds about right. Maybe today’s college students get a week off every month to deal with Aunt Flow when she visits.
