It’s kind of weird how men have these standards for women, like they all think they deserve a 10, and yet don’t even give a thought to the idea that no woman wants a fat, lazy, smelly slob who treat her like she’s his property.
As long as men think of and treat woman as property, subservient, and second class citizens, feminism will NEVER end.

Thank you. He was my friend as well. Taught me to always be kind even if it put you at the disadvantage sometimes. I worked very hard at being stoic when we provided hospice for him at home and at his funeral. Then out of nowhere, I see this “new to me” Readers Digest cover on the display at checkout and am openly overcome with grief. I guess we all grieve eventually, some more delayed.

Obviously enjoy a woman who looks good... HOWEVER far too many women think because they look good, that that’s all that matters... and that’s absolutely not the case.
Yes, the “hot” chick will get a lot of attention, but if she’s a selfish, insecure, and self absorbed person, she’s not serious partner material.
As the old saying goes, behind every hot chick is a guy tired of dealing with her crap.
Make sure she is not tied to her parents spton strings.
Narcissistic in-laws are bad news especially if she gets mad if you don’t want them controlling your marriage / life.

If men didn't focus on that aspect of women to the point of obsession, then women wouldn't think that's all men cared about.
All we keep hearing is how visual men are and how important it is for them, and they you all wonder why women think that's all that counts for you (pl)
Case in point is the *guilty/not guilty* verdicts lobbed about on FR whenever a woman is accused of a crime. It's all based on looks. Character has nothing to do with it, nor does the rightness or wrongness of the actions.
If men want women to know they value more about them than looks, then men need to act like looks are not all they value in women.
Men are visual and pretty base, however, if you think LOOKS are all that matter maybe open your eyes a bit more. Yes, pretty women get more attention, and pretty women can likely get away being more of a see you next tuesday kind of gal and still get dates... However, getting a date, doesn’t mean you are marriage material.
Sure a hot chick will have no shortage of guys wanting to get in her pants, that doesn’t mean they will stick around. If all you got are looks, and you are a miserable person to be around, you will eventually wind up alone. Looks fade, and men do get wiser with age.
Another side of this same coin is women who think because they can bed a guy who’s a 9 or 10, that they are going to wind up being made a wife by one, and wind up usually disappointed.
Yes, looks matter.. but if that’s all you got, and are just a selfish or miserable person, don’t be surprised that the guys don’t stick around.
Sure you can always find the next guy who finds you hot to come along... but when he realizes you are a self absorbed bitch, he’ll likely move on too.
Looks matter, I would never say they don’t, but if you think looks and looks alone trump everything else, that’s just not true.
I’ve dumped my share of hotties, and there aren’t too many guys over the age of 30 who don’t have at LEAST 1 insanely hot ex that taught them the true meaning of crazy... and have learned their lesson from it.

This is where you are absolutely wrong. I watch men all the time show they appreciate their women for far more than their looks.... I also watch a lot of, particularly young women, just take the men in their lives for granted and think they are somehow goddesses and the men should just be grateful they let them be around.
If you think your looks trump all, you are a very large fool... and thanks to social media.. there are a lot of damn fool women running around anymore.
Yes, you look good in a skimpy bikini and if you post your pic online you will get all the superficial adoration you want from guys... but you think that means you can just treat people like crap because “I’m Hot” deal with it... then you are a very very lousy human being.

i would like to add i have a personals ad up in our town newspaper. I reslly really debated about this butbhad no other better choice.
I read the mens ads in my age group. The ads are quite disparate- from PhD’s ( i live in a small university town) to those retired , from nearby to towns 50 miles away.
When I see in their political preference section it is entered as No Trumpers/ Trump Lovers, etc. I immediately X them out.
In in the religious preference section I would see No Catholics,or a specific religious belief system , etc I would X them out BUT you NEVER see that in these ads about religious preferences.
Some say you should never discuss religion and politics because opposing views are so divisive.
I wouldnt date a guy who would put such a phrase as No Trumpers,on a profile ,etc because I unashamedly support him even without decorating my yard with campaign signs, etc.
I also wouldnt date devil worshippers or those into the Dark Arts.
