RIP. She was a smart lady.
Very sad, great actress..will always remember her on Three’s Company..RIP
Oh, how terribly sad.
RIP funny lady.
What an achievement, to have survived her aggressive breast cancer, for so long.
Her sweet hubby took great care of her.
I remember her break out role as the blonde in the T-bird in American Graffiti 1973 fifty years ago.

Man, my childhood just keeps dying off. I must be getting old. RIP, you great pair of jiggly t***.
Threes Company ages so well (despite well, everything) because of the cast(s), and she was certainly a big part of it all even if just for a season or two.
God bless her for the long fight.
My wife, literally the girl next door, was diagnosed w/breast cancer at 28...and 7 months later she was gone.
Yep.
Classic!
Damn
Loved her
she had a very fetching smile.
One of the most beautiful women ever.
I am sorry for that. You must have been stunned. Take care
I remember her for her walking away scene in the opening of Threes Comapany.
It was courageous of her to demand more money when the show took off. Too bad they called her bluff. The show was never as good.
She was fired as the reigning star from Three’s Company when she stupidly let her husband go ask the producers for more money.......figuring she was indispensable.
They laughed in his face.
They wouldnt even allow her on the set.
Then she had the gall to say she was asking for raises for her co-stars,too.
Joyce De Witt and John Ritter never forgave her for sacking the hit show.
So sorry you had to go through that.
Well, Somers stayed for 5 years, the show ran for another 3 years after she left, so not sure she was 100% the reason it was cancelled. Eight years is a pretty good run for a show.
If you don’t ask you don’t receive. Obviously the show wasn’t making the bucks and wasn’t worth it to the producers. That, and stupid business decisions are made all the time.
R.I.P.
