They’re asking for…

1. No more rate hikes

2. The Fed to “not sell off any of its MBS holdings until and unless the housing finance market has stabilized”

Why did Multi-Family Housing Starts vastly outperform for the first half of the year, when rates were climbing through 7%?

Almost ALL of this is building out where The White Hospice's midnight flights to places like Harrisburg, Chattanooga, Jacksonville...

They will demand amnesty from Day One of TrumpII, I mean general strikes on Inauguration Day, and at that point, I will be climbing over true Freepers for a co-pilot seat in the AC-130.
