Mark Levin’s The Democrat Party Hates America
American Thinker ^ | 19 Sep, 2023 | Thomas Lifson

Once again, Mark Levin has done a great service to the Republic by writing a fully documented, highly pointed book on a topic of vital national interest. Published today by the Threshold Editions imprint of Simon & Schuster, The Democrat Party Hates America is required reading for anyone who follows politics in America. That most assuredly includes those who identify as Democrats, though most will shun the book because it is too much of a challenge to their sense of self-worth and virtue. For the few who have the courage to read it, the book will be a revelation. I make no secret that I was born into a family of active Democrats, and until reality intruded well into adulthood, I shared that political attachment. I have since regarded it as a mistaken affiliation, but after reading this book I now have a sense a shame.

If it is widely enough read, and I predict that it will be a runaway best-seller, the book will change the way the public understands one of our two major political parties, forever tainting the Democrats for the racism, hypocrisy, lack of principle, and sheer ruthless pursuit of power at any cost that have permeated their party throughout its history. If you have family members, colleagues, associates, or friends who are vocal Democrats and who do not shy away from political discussions, The Democrat Party Hates America is a cornucopia of evidence that you can use to persuade them out of their delusion that they are supporting a worthwhile political movement.

Chapter One, “The Democrat Party and Authoritarianism,” introduces several themes that weave throughout the entire text. The Democrats seek, and via their dominance of the administrative state composed of career bureaucrats exercising powers that rightly belong to Congress and even the judiciary...

I am STILL furious

That looks like a personal problem, and one which interferes with clear thinking.

I can appreciate what Mark Levin is trying to do, even though it is pretty obvious at this point.

Indeed.

One could also say, "It is pretty obvious Mark regularly reads Free Republic."

In any event, it is nice to have it all in one piece in a tidy, powerful message.

I read a book years ago written by J. Edgar Hoover. “Masters of Deceit”. It was a description of the CPUSA and how they operated. The dims are following that book to the letter.
Also, the CPUSA has run presidential candidates as far back as I can remember. When obama was running, they decided to not run a candidate. Obama/Biden’s beliefs were so close to the commies, they decided to save their money.

John McCain couldn’t get over his fury either.

He died a miserable old man.

I hear what you’re all saying but an “influencer” of his status should not be forgiven so easily. There is no doubt that he steered many people onto the wrong tracks. He really blew it.

here is just an example:
https://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/gop-primaries/275722-mark-levin-i-would-never-vote-for-trump/

due to personal reasons, I really did not pay attention at all to the 2016 elections. I’m also an expat so i was extra far removed and did not even vote. I obviously loathed Hillary and expected her to be crowned as the first-female president (well technically Obama was the first female prez and Moochie was the first male first lady!) but low and behold Trump won, and the historic nature of his victory made me watch his acceptance speech. I was instantly on board the Trump train. I know that DJT was the real deal from that point on. end of story.

It bothers me that he simply couldn’t see what was so clear in any normal Americans eyes. It was just too illogical.

I guess if he has become Trumps lawyer, then I’m open to forgiving him. He certainly has been a big fan since he did jump on the train. Perhaps he could have been in Trumps inner circle instead of some of the other endless list of traitors who screwed him over.

He jumped on the Trump-Train long after it left the station.

He realized that he was on the wrong track and changed trains. Sounds like you don't believe in redemption!

In Levin's case redemption yes; after he writes a book on how stupid and wrong he was for not backing Trump to begin with.

I’m not sure that I care what your reasons were; they’re really not relevant. You admit you paid no attention to the 2016 election. That’s your problem, not mine, and really destroys any credibility you might have in commenting on it.

Have a nice day.

Reverend Wright: "In my case, it was when the President of Russia asserted the importance of defending Christian Civilization, and at the same time the Globohomo West descended into worldwide Imperialist LGBT faggotry !"

You're obviously letting news headlines drive you crazy.
Reality is vastly different.
Here's what you need to understand about religion in Russia, the USA and Ukraine:

  1. Russians are 47% Christians, 44% non-religious, 75% urban

  2. Americans are 70% Christians, 24% non-religious, 82% urban

  3. Ukrainians are 85% Christians, 12% non-religious, 67% urban
Ukraine is less urban and more Christian conservatives than either the USA or Russia.

Everything else is pure nonsense.

The elites and the leadership of a society determine where it is going in the future.

Don't believe me ? Look at the changes in attitude and BEHAVIOR on LGBT.

Russia is one of the few countries in the Western world in which religion is becoming increasingly important and not less.

To establish his authority on the Russian society, President Vladimir Putin has shaped a doctrine mobilizing the entire Russian society against a perceived Western "decadence". He has declared that Russian traditional family values are a bulwark against the West's "so-called tolerance -- genderless and infertile."

The first Cold War was a clash between Western democracy and the Soviet dictatorship of the proletariat. The new Cold War is a one between Western liberalism and Russian conservatism.

I call that total BS, Vlad the Invader's political opportunism, and nothing more.
In fact, nearly half of Russians are non-religious and less than half identify as Christians.
As for alleged Russian family values, Russia's birthrate is among the world's lowest, 25% less than the USA, lower even than China's and roughly the same as Germany and Austria, though not as low as Japan & Korea.
Yes, Ukraine's birthrate numbers are slightly lower than Russia's, but I would suspect Ukraine's are skewed by Russia's invasions and population disruptions since 2014.

If you look at Russian corruption, it is among the world's worst, certainly by western standards, and even more corrupt than Ukraine.

From this I conclude that all talk about a "virtuous Russia" opposing "western decadence" by invading Ukraine is complete and total propaganda lies, which no reasonable person would swallow if not already corrupted in their own values.

Map of relative corruption of countries worldwide.
Shades of green = clean, shades of red = corrupt.

Elite agendas and elite preferences determine the future of a country.

Don't believe me ?

Look at the degeneracy of the United States in the last twenty years. The faggotry and "diversity" worship etc. did not emerge from the people and bubble up. It was imposed from the top down via the elites from the institutions and propaganda they control.

So, the elites in Russia assert the importance of the family, the primacy of Christianity, and they oppose globalism and ban LGBT propaganda.

That's Russia's future.

In America, this is what the elites support. And this is America's future.

Obviously, you are allowing ridiculous headlines to drive you crazy with anxiety, while ignoring realities which are much deeper and long-lasting.

Consider this -- I mistakenly pointed to Russia's birthrate as among the world's lowest, 25% less than the USA, but still higher than, say, Japan and Korea.
However, the truth of the birthrate among Russians themselves is that it's almost non-existent.
The only things making it look higher than a few others is 1) they counted births among non-Russians in Russia and 2) actual birthrate numbers have not been made public since circa 2007.
Knowledgeable observers say Russia's population is collapsing.

No wonder the Putin regime is looking for ways to encourage more families and babies, but they are failing, it's far too little too late.

Let's look at an LGBTQxyz indicator -- HIV rates, in Russia they are 4-times higher than the USA, indeed they are higher than any other "advanced" country and well into the category of "third world".
Ukraine's rate is also high, but 25% less than Russia's.

In drug abuse, the United States leads the world, with generous welfare payments and very cheap drugs leading millions of poor into addiction.
Russia is not far behind in drugs and famously leads the world in alcohol abuse.

And all of these are worthy problems for Vlad the Invader to address politically, but they have nothing to do -- zero, zip, nada connection -- with his illegal and brutal invasion, murders and destruction in Ukraine.

Ukraine deserves our support because, among other reasons, Russian victory over Ukraine will make the world a vastly less friendly place for people who love freedom and independence, regardless of their views on LGBTQxyz issues.
Ukraine is only the first and easiest for the West to win.
Future invasions will grow increasingly more difficult and dangerous to resist.

Remember, in the US, LGBTQxyz issues are just one major election away from being restored to sanity, while a Russian victory could enslave Ukrainians forever, and set an example for all future aggressors.

Mark Levin is not and never was a “never-Trumper”. Oh, he vigorously supported Ted Cruz throughout the 2016 primaries (to the point where I couldn’t listen to him for a few months), but when Trump won the nomination Levin became one of his strongest supporters ... and remains so to this day having received several public acknowledgements from the soon-to-be re-elected President Trump himself. Cheers!

“Remember, in the US, LGBTQxyz issues are just one major election away from being restored to sanity,”

This is the BoomerCon “elections” delusion, and it accounts for why conservatives across the West have suffered so many catastrophic defeats on every issue.

The leftist elites have captured EVERY SINGLE MAJOR INSTITUTION IN THE ENTIRE WEST (with the intermittent exception of the Supreme Court).

Clueless BoomerCons think (pretend actually, because they know it is not true) that we can vote our way out of this.

The Brexit vote is being reversed via the UK Administrative State and Courts.

The Trump 2016 election win was negated by the US Admin State, Courts and Swamp Repubs.

The 2020 election was stolen and the steal was validated by the Courts and other Repubs.

Past referendum votes in the USA on gay marriage were struck down by the Courts. And two decades of elite propaganda has now convinced the people that they support this.

The reality is that voting is fake, “Democracy” is fake, “the rule of law” is fake, elections are fake, the American Republic is fake, “The Constitution” is fake.

Elites control the direction of a society.

And the direction that the elites have determined for America, and the entire West, is:

Faggotry, effiminancy, castration, Nigdolatry, demographic invasion, impoverishment, deliberate economic sabotage, Paganism, witchcraft and Nature worship.

And this is not the end point with a static terminus. The Leftist Spiral is a process which goes on and gets worse and worse and worse until the entire Regime and society collapses.

(The second half of Romans 1 describe the spiral of evil that idolatrous pagans willingly create).

There is no vote or election result that stops this. Leftist elites control every institution and only Regime collapse can end the Leftist spiral.

Conservatives have no ability to stop this by any human effort. It is only by the Hand of the Lord that we will be freed from this.

Whatever their other deficiencies, the Russian elite is unanimous in their rejection of this garbage. Which is why Russia possibly has a future, while the future of the West is civilizational collapse and self destruction.
