I was also thinking of that look on W's face. I felt bad for him. He kept his cool which I believed then and believe now was the right thing to do.
I remember Bush haters in my circle endlessly mocking him for his reaction. I saw a simple human reaction to unbelievable news...received in the most ludicrously inopportune setting--a Kindergarten class. (You have to give the puppet-masters credit: an absolute masterstroke of presidential scheduling.)
Like you, I'm no longer a fan of W's. His statements as well as his behavior since leaving office tell me he agrees with the cabal's program.
He may have been ignorant of the plans for 9/11 but in its aftermath, wittingly or unwittingly, he did as they required.

I can think of multiple theories where W is a white hat - or at least not a black hat.
I don’t have a strong opinion on any of them. He could very easily be a part of the DS IMO. And I am embarrassed to admit that I voted for him. But in my defense, I still think it was a more intelligent vote than voting for Kerry or Gore.
But....
Imagine if you were W and you were told to play along or have multiple US cities nuked. Or play along vs have your children murdered. Or a host of other things. What would you do?
Perhaps you may have been contacted by a genuine white hat and shown that despite the horrible situation, you could play along ... until 2023 or 2024 ... when your testimony would put the evildoers in prison.
I have hopes that many seeming black hats turn out to be white hat sleepers. Or at least that they have good reasons (like threats against family/country) for their actions.
