"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Three of his main planks had to do with out Health Care cost crisis. It called for action against the Health Care Insurance Companies and The Health Care Corporations.
Trump could have been a hero in using existing Anti-Trust laws to go after them and force costs down by as much as 80% and then having the money to reorganize government finances. Lower our Health Care costs from 20% of GDR to 5% like everyone else. Bust as soon as he was projected to win those planks disappeared from his campaign website and that was it.
Some states (read a while ago, not sure statistics) offer ultrasounds for women to see before having an abortion. Many who saw the baby via ultrasound don’t get the abortion.

One wouldn’t blame the chicom elders for being antsy about their golden parachutes. However, from what I can gather XI is spending it. Every US domestic bizness guy, that I hear, is explaining that china is in the process of selling something over 700 billion (dollars) of US bonds. Notably , the chicoms hold something near a trillion$ in US bonds and it is the interest on those bonds that finance the entire chicom military. The obvious reason china would sell those bonds, giving up the income, is that they are in big financial trouble otherwise.
Xi appears, to me anyway, that he is making his probably last big play. He may think he has enough reserves to take Taiwan if he wants to go that way. But after that, he is broke and done. The elders will insure he resembles the white bird on the cliff and the smoke from his cremation will be visible from orbit. He won’t even get a chicom high brow hoy paloy burial since he will go down in disgrace.
And, oh, by the way, there was conversation earlier about the comparative size of his navy and how many global choke points he controls. I’ll see his choke points and raise him a dozen carrier groups with something well over 500 combat aircraft along with about three dozen fast attack subs that will break his heart, and his choke points, if he gets frisky. On the first sign of friskiness SloJoe will re replaced and a commander in chief will make sure the chicoms get what they got coming.
