Here are some bullet points:
Maricopa County did not perform the legally required Logic & Accuracy Tests & Signature verification procedures in adherence to the law. It was a Kabuki theater.
The evidence shows that Maricopa County elections officials performed a “dry run” for the Election Day machine “failures.”
The evidence shows that malware or remote configuration changes on these machines.
Maricopa County waited 7 months to disclose that they installed new memory cards & election software — only AFTER we called them out on our Rule 60 Motion — they had previously claimed they did this after L&A certification on October 11. They lied & we caught them in the lie.
