I just tell the hubs that I am a very, VERY, valuable person. Fortunately, I don’t seem to need many treatments right now. I had one cycle in 2018 and it literally saved my life. Then, in late 2020 I had another cycle and also in Sept. 2021. Since then, I’ve been good.

I am NOT out in it BUT. I had my daughters house painted a few weeks back and they were coming back to do TOUCH UPS. After they didn’t show up a couple of times, I got on them and TODAY when it was 18* last night they FINALLY came. One of the touch ups was on the trim of the front door. They have to LEAVE IT OPEN to dry. We are in the house FREEZING.
That is AWFUL!
Do you think you will be able to get another insurance company to insure you without having to pay A LOT more because you are in a fire area?

came along and purred me right into a nap!
Terrible about the painting company freezing you out.

All we can do is wait and see.
Amazing how rural public schools, well, at least in the past...some still, today, were so much higher quality, than the (blue, dem infested cities) urban schools.

Keep your fingers crossed that he thinks what water leaked under vanity, under wall and under carpet in hallway wasn’t much and will dry out with fans.

This couldn’t have happened too long ago as the demo guys would have found water at the end of home where the crawl space is.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. It cost me $350 just to have the inside thing (Flapper?) of my toilet changed that keeps the water from draining out.
I WISH I wasn’t so old and could have done it myself. :-(
