I set the thermostat to 59 at night and have the fan blowing on me.
During the day I can have the thermostat at the same setting, but depending on what the weather is like outside I can feel just right or to hot or to cold.

Yup, that was my dad.
He had no meat on his bones to keep him warm.
My mom would be running around, cleaning and cooking and sweating up a storm but she would say nothing as she wanted to keep dad happy.
