Well Trump said it at the Easter Egg Roll.

I thought it was really something when he said it at Easter, it was supposed to mean that he was connected with Q.
According to Raw Story, Trump started his speech to children by calling the White House “this house or building or whatever you want to call it because there is no name for it, it is special.” Trump then noted that he and his staff keep the building or whatever you want to call it “in tip-top shape, we call it sometimes tippy-top shape, and it’s a great, great place.”

Normally, the phrase is “Tip Top!” meaning “Excellent condition” in real estate.
An anon asked for the phrase “Tipy top”, which basically a grown man would NOT say in business, as it sounds childish.
But Trump used it, worked it in purposefully in the 2018 clip, and he worked it in today—not once, but four times.
To Anons, it is a Q confirmation and a hope something big is about to happen.
I believe Tippy Top was a phrase Anons asked POTUS to say as a “Q-proof” in one of his speeches.
