They are!
They were all about 1 lb when I got them. The first time I did an official weight they were about 24 oz. Last Monday they each gained about 5 oz on top of that.
They love their wet food (Royal Canin Mommy and Baby Cat - I love that name) and their Fancy Feast Broths. I should’ve kept more broths, I didn’t realize I’d have 8 cats wanting it!

Forgot to mention my other dog that died 2 years ago at 14.
He had all his teeth removed when he was 12.
He did well, just had to adjust to another way of eating.
