Judy....I’m a weather weanie! I cannot handle this humidity. We only go outside (for any length of time) early mornings, or, late eves.
Hubby is the same. We’ve had it with the humidity.

Here is what I have found on Dr Jan Halper-Hayes though. She is not a Medical Doctor just like Jill Biden is not a Medical Dr. She like Jill is intitled to have Dr. in front of her name as they have Phd’s. It appears that is OK for her though, but not Jill Biden according to some people, (because she Jill is not a doctor)
She was born in London, England, but came to the US and went to school at Stanford University in CA. Also Columbia Pacific University. (I think that is where Obama went)
I have tried to find if she EVER became a CITIZEN of the U.S. and have found nothing to indicate she did. She lives in London now.
We don’t know a whole lot about her according to Wiki.
