No meney has been reduced, as we are operating under the 45 day Continuing Resoultion until mid-November.
What Gaetz is correct about, is that there is NO excuse for not having the 12 appropriation bills ready long before the end of the fiscal year on 9/30/23.
We have been funding the government for 25 years on CRs—no accountability, no baseline budgeting.Complete pork-trough waste, just the way the politicians like it.

That’s what I thought, so I’m calling her missy. But the deputy was really sweet, first he said he couldn’t tell me something because it was off color. Then he did - when i said it was ok -but I think he cleaned it up. We have a lot of gentlemen here.

It takes 218 yea votes to elect a Speaker.
The pubbies have 222 members, don’t know if that crazy lying nut from NY, Santos, can still vote or not.
So the pubbies have to basically all be on the same page to elect a new pubbie Speaker.
That is why the 20 pubbies would not vote for McCarthy till he agreed to what they wanted, which as you can see, the mtv was one of those things and led to his demise.
McCarthy even admitted yesterday that Nasty had told him that she had his back, he counted on Demonrat votes to save him, he didn’t need to do what he promised the 20 and actually us too.
He thought WRONG, Nasty screwed him. LOL
Yes, all the Demonrats voted with the pubbie 8 to oust McCarthy.
I heard that Gaetz actually expected the Demonrats to save McCarthy, he was their perfect weak Speaker.
Not sure what the Demonrats have up their sleeve, but I hope we get a much stronger conservative Speaker out of this.

In a motion filed late Wednesday evening, Trump’s lawyers said prosecutors have “failed to make very basic arrangements” to allow their legal team to review the classified materials in the case, which is part of a basic pre-trial process called discovery.
For example, his attorneys said that the office of special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing the case, has offered to let them view some of the documents in Washington, D.C., but there are additional materials in Florida. Trump’s legal team cannot review all of the materials together and has “no way of transporting classified notes” and other materials related to the case, his attorneys wrote.

I’ve been up since 3am being a computer warrior, the only place I can fight and speak my mind without getting myself in real trouble.
You aren’t letting the new kitties out are you but just Sable and Cadbury?
We are going to pick up the Memorial Programs for Bubba’s service today and order flowers for the service this Sat.
We won’t be going for his service in CA on the 10th but Nurse Jackie and her sister are driving over.
Working on flyers for our Church service project and Halloween party this month to take on Sunday.
Need to do a food sign up sheet for the dinner at the Halloween party too.
Never a dull moment around here.
Did do a little Fall decorating and that lifted my spirits some.
