I think it is safe to assume that somebody dropped this one on the shore for a good laugh.Near where I used to live in west-central Arizona, someone attached a six-foot fiberglass swordfish to a fence post and planted it in a cattle tank a little way out from shore. Rural folk art. No idea if it's still there.

This happened on August 15 which interestingly, was the 76th anniversary of India’s independence.
