Rusty, you take it easy. Being out in heat like that is very bad. And try not to lift heavy items. I know that is hard to do when you have no one to help. I hope all will be well soon.
I went to the catarack center today and they dilated my eyes so I am having a real hard time seeing. I will need to lay off the computer until this goes away.
I have decided I am NOT having my cataracks removed at this time because I can see fine except up close and NOW with my eyes dilated.
I think it was last month, unless this is another one, in which case he may have a little problem. Or a big one.

I just don’t know what to think about these treatments. I wrote awhile back that my son was having a strange episode and his wife took him into the ER. His co2 levels were elevated and he was having some trouble breathing. After getting permission from his wife they intubated him and the next morning he tested positive for Covid so they started him on Remdesivir and kept him out. The next day when they cut back on the coma meds he came around enough and just pulled the tube out himself. They let him go home the next day but to finish up on the Remdesivir.
So I guess what I am saying is he survived that treatment.

So, I watched a little and the gal who won one of the awards brought up that this is the anniversary of the death of Micheal Brown, then she brought up Tyron Martin.
I had to leave the room and go throw up and when I got back hubby was watching something else.
I thought this was so strange with all that is going on in the world.
OMG, are we ever going to get things straightened out in this country?

Perhaps it depends on age, physical condition, etc. I know the man we know was 66 years of age, somewhat overweight, but not morbidly obese, but he did have diabetes. Maybe too many strikes against him, but the intubation and Remdesivir definitely finished him off. He went quickly.
He was very lucky Spunky.
My next-door neighbor died with the Remdesivir treatment.
So many of these issues are the result of a lying media. Lies would not be left believed if the media did its job. Trump was right when he told media people, “Biden is a criminal and you’re criminals for not reporting it.”
thanks Spunky. I have my eyes dialited every 6 months, but time before last I had a hRd time seeing to drive home. My DIL offered to take me to my last appointment and I turned her down at first, then rethought it. I’m glaD I did.
For me it’s hard to accept help as I’ve always been the one that helped others.

My neighbor was in top health, was about 63 years old.
When she called to tell me, he was in the hospital she was happy he was getting the same treatment as President Trump.
Trump also had Regeneron.
Very scary.

My son is 65 and has what the lung doctor said is Asbestosis (evidently he breathed some in at some time) and is using inhalers all the time. Now the lung doctor perscribed a neubulizer also an oyxgen concentrator. He is not over weight. In fact he was losing weight.
I think being diabetic might have played a big role in your friend not surviving. It seems to me diabetics are at a grater risk from other health issues then most people would be.

All the doctors and tests have no answer. I, through a semi scientific test, figured it was my neck, which my retina specialist and my ENT finally agreed it was probable.
I found a neurosurgeon in Abilene that may work for me, but my GP personally sent a second referrsl fax, in front of me, to his office i waited a week, then called and was told they didn’t receive the fax.
My GP nurse said they told her they hadn’t checked faxes, so she waited on phone till they told her they got it. It was coded as needing immediate attention. So now I’m here.
