In what feels like a different world, Pres. Biden just wrapped up dinner at Matt’s Fish Camp in Rehoboth Beach, and is heading to a movie theater for Oppenheimer with the First Lady.

We’ve have sat in that very booth.

The food there is excellent.

It is not a big restaurant, so from a security standpoint, it is easy to surround.

It is on Rt. 1 South. The Midway movie theater is on Route 1 North about a mile south of there.

Oppenheimer is three hour movie.

Guess Joe needs a nap.

Vitamn D 2000mg 1 x a day
Calicim 500 mg 1 x a day

I take Qurecitin with zinc because of the Covid shots.
I need all the help I can get because of my COPD.

Mike and I BOTH caught covid (before the shots) and even
though it was mild, it knocked us FLAT.
We were exhausted from it. When we came down with it
we both also took Mucinex according to package directions.
