I also take Quercitin with Zinc 2 caps 2 x aday
In addition to:
Vitamin C 1000 1 x a day
Vitamn D 2000mg 1 x a day
Calicim 500 mg 1 x a day
magnesium 500 mg 1 x a day
I take Qurecitin with zinc because of the Covid shots.
I need all the help I can get because of my COPD.
Mike and I BOTH caught covid (before the shots) and even
though it was mild, it knocked us FLAT.
