We won’t be outside, the BBQer will to grill the meat, but we will be in his home.
It’s too hot here to do much of anything outside except in the very early morning.
Hunter Biden’s plea deal has fallen apart, according to federal prosecutors and the defense. President Joe Biden’s son had been expected to plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors for not paying federal taxes on time as part of a plea agreement with the Justice Department.
Hunter Biden failed to pay between $1.1 million and $1.5 million in taxes before the legal deadlines, prosecutors said in court. They had been recommending a sentence of probation as part of the plea deal.
The Trump-appointed judge overseeing today’s hearing has the sole authority to decide his punishment.

Varney is also reporting the plea deal is falling apart.
But I’m not getting any hopes of Justice yet, don’t want disappointment.

Even though he is guilty as hell, they will say it is because of the Trump appointed judge.
This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS and needs to be investigated and changed.

The judge called a second recess in the Hunter Biden plea proceedings as it appeared that the agreements the president’s son had reached with prosecutors had begun to unravel.
The judge said she had “concerns” about the parties seemingly linking the tax plea agreement to the deal on the gun charge. During the proceedings, prosecutors confirmed that the investigation into President Joe Biden’s son was ongoing.
The judge had been questioning the parties on the scope of the agreement.

Still waiting on the Judge’s ruling.
CNN, that bastion of TRUTH, is claiming the plea deal has been rejected.
We shall see.

Hunter Biden is supposed to speak after deal falls apart, according to FOX video. But I seriously doubt that.
Does anyone ever ask Joe why, when he is so adamant about rich paying their taxes and about gun control, he stands by his son over breaking both laws?
