Thanks for the information. I'm surprised at how many foods I eat almost daily. And I cook alot with paprika. I started buying red peppers instead of green several years ago for our chicken fajitas. Thinking I'll buy red onions more often too. They are more stronger and perhaps I need to get back to making antipaste this summer. I keep forgetting how good antipaste is and it has several items from the eye care list. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
