Biden reveals NEW plan to make it easier to pay off student debt five hours after Supreme Court axed his cancellation plan: Says Justices 'misinterpreted Constitution'

resident Joe Biden on Friday charged the Supreme Court with misinterpreting the U.S. Constitution when it struck down his $400 billion student loan forgiveness program and accused Republicans of snatching away people's hope with their hypocrisy on the issue.

In remarks at the White House, Biden said he was 'angry' about the decision but outlined several executive actions he was taking to help make it easier for borrowers to pay off their debts.

He said his new plans would save borrowers $1,000 a year, cap monthly payments at 5 percent of discretionary income a month, and forgive loan balances after ten years of repayments.

A defiant Biden argued he didn't give people 'false hope' with his $400 billion program that would have canceled $10,000 in student loan debt for those making less than $125,000 or households with less than $250,000 in income.

Supreme Court justices ruled 6-3 on Friday that Biden's proposal to wipe out debts for 26 million Americans at taxpayers' expense was unconstitutional and an overreach of his executive power.

The landmark ruling on the final day of the Supreme Court's term comes 24 hours after the justices decided colleges could no longer use race as a consideration in admissions in a case that sparked backlash from Biden.

Biden was scathing in his response. He repeatedly leaned over the podium as he spoke and dropped his voice to a whisper - a tactic he takes when he wants to make a point.

'I didn't give any false hope,' Biden snapped when a reporter asked him if he misled borrowers.

'The question was whether or not I would do even more than what was requested. What I did I thought was appropriate and was able to be done and would get done."

If the Pedophile-In-Cheat is so desirous of paying off student debt, he can use his largesse from all his money laundering to pay for it.

Biden is a “Socktucker,” reprobate, ne’er do well, who by crook was elected to the residency of our Nation.
He is a failing old man who is near the end of his wretched life.
His “new” plan, is nothing more that another attempt to challenge the Supreme Court. I pray that SCOTUS will continue to smack his sorry ass down, again and again.

Sadly, there is no embarrassment on the part of the Damnocrats, the RINOS and the “never Trumpers.”
As long as the DOJ and FBI are compromised, there will be no justice in OUR NATION!

He can delay repayment but he cannot forgive/cancel any of the debt. This was fundamental to the SC ruling. Did he not read the decision?

The pudding brained idiot said the Justices misinterpreted the Constitution. So a C student with dementia who barely made it through college understands the Constitution better than 6 SC Justices. What a small pathetic fool.

Biden’s making more mistakes than non-mistakes now.

Joe Biden’s Big Blunder: President Mistakes Declaration of Independence for the Constitution While Criticizing the Supreme Court

Story by Jaclyn Roth

OK Magazine

Another day, another blunder from President Joe Biden.

While speaking to MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace on Thursday, June 29, the president, 80, mistook the Declaration of Independence for the Constitution while criticizing the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to end affirmative action.

It’s a pyramid type scheme….loans to pay loans.
Kind of like social security.

5% of discretionary Is like under $100 for most people. More line $50 for a lot of people.
So $1200 a year for 10 years = $12,000.
Sorry but I feel a lot of people with student loans will be better off with the pay back plans than the original plan for debt relief.

And Nicolle was so busy attempting to imitate one of The Tater's granddaughters in the shower that she missed it...
