No charges were dropped. They were simply moved to a second trial so the first can proceed in October, undelayed.

Prayers for i_be_tc, AFB-XYZ and all people in their area of Oklahoma. Heavy storms predicted, possible tornadoes, straight line winds 80-90 mph, hail up to softball size, and probable power outages.
