I keep encountering this misconception from people who don't follow Canadian politics...
That somehow the Trucker convoy was defeated.... People remember Trudeau's crackdown, old ladies having their skulls cracked with batons, Disabled indigenous grandmothers trampled by police horses, Bank accounts frozen and public employees investigated for mere donations...
And there's a big reason people remember this... It was dramatic, and the media and the regime certainly wanted you to think resistance was futile...
What people don't remember is what happened in the immediate aftermath: The government caved on absolutely everything within a week for the most important things, and then a month or so for the rest.

Honk Honk means Hail Hitler!
Lol
Sounds interesting. Unfortunately, the link does not work for me.
It sure saddened Fidel junior

It was great. But little Fidel has continued on without batting his prissy little eyelashes ever since.
A good summation. Worth reading. The later link worked.
Don’t ever expect a freedom convoy in America. The vast majority of American truckers are from the Middle East, Africa, Mexico, South America, Russia, and India. True.
There was a freedom convoy in the US. One day we joined, at one point we completely encircled a 65 mile beltway around Washington DC.
Police blocked all exits and totally screwed up traffic. DC Metro police are directly responsible for the deaths of two motorists. They parked a dump truck to block an exit and the driver didn’t see it.
.
It motivated me to travel 1800 miles to haggertown MD and back. Slept in my truck. Part of DC convoy. Memories.
But little Fidel has continued on....

You are so right and he might yet escape a public inquiry on this latest issue but I suspect the great unwashed have had enough...
Nice try. But since I am a truck driver I live in the real world of trucking. You have been gaslit if you think these numbers reflect reality. Number one, every farmer in America has a CDL; they is it a dozen times a year. Your graph is a lie on an epic scale.
“Number one, every farmer in America has a CDL”
ROTFLMAO!
I live in farm country. I drive a truck. What exactly am I missing here? Do you have some special knowledge? I don’t have to Google US Census stats, I live it everyday.
