The problem is that athletes get tested for drugs and the second part is skill goes straight down the tubes.
As does concentration and thought.
You can dead lift five hundred pounds but if you are lifting the judges table rather then the bar it does not count

If you have watched the videos of black women brawling in Airports and other venues, you know you don’t want to get into an unarmed fight with one and black women have more testosterone than white or Asian women.

If these drugs create superhuman strength, governments around the world would be experimenting. We hear nothing of such experiments.

Militaries around the world have been experimenting with this kind of thing since World War II. It is not hidden. You can find it in a bunch of main line sources.
It has pretty much ended the same way, some boost but way to many downsides.

I have read of rare law enforcement cases where a restrained suspect "broke the cuffs" but such cases seem too isolated to attribute causality to a particular drug.
In the thread article, how a "properly" tazed suspect would be unaffected suggests something else is at hand. Where are the publications in medical journals investigating how this can happen?
I'm not saying they don't exist but if you are aware of any, please provide a link.

Medical science and the military: the Allies' use of amphetamine during World War II Here is a place to start.
People use phrases like "super human strength" when what they actually are talking about is someone so drugged that they do not feel pain and they have an enormous amount of adrenaline pumping.
She did not go down from the pain of the taser because the drugs she was on set the pain aside. The adrenaline can make you do things that may even result in bones breaking and muscles being torn. As soon as it wears off you will pay a major price but at the time you keep going.
Also, and this is something people do not consider, she did not care if she hurt them while they were concerned about hurting her. It gives you an advantage in a struggle and is why handling children who are in a rage can be such a problem. Sure you can over power them but you also do not want to do any damage. And when you are dealing with a clawing, hitting, biting, out of control child that can be a challenge.
