LOS ANGELES (CNN) - The home featured in the opening and closing scenes of “The Brady Bunch” is for sale in Southern California.
The iconic home is available for a cool $5.5 million where you could channel your inner Mike or Carol Brady.
A few years back, HGTV bought the North Hollywood property for $3.5 million and renovated it on the show “A Very Brady Renovation.”

Not very handicapped friendly. There is a reason why they quit making split level houses.
Pay the 10% LA millionaire property sale tax..
But it has a wraparound bedroom.
In various episodes, the girls looked out the bedroom window to the back yard, the front yard, and at least one and possibly both side yards.
I don’t think the boys’ bedroom had a window at all.
With a live-in maid?
Just a heads up. Yes it is over priced, but imagine a streamer kid, or a x-rated video company using it for... It only is useful for some kind of video production use or something like Mr. Beast doing a gag video or giveaway. Someone probably wants to try a viral video thing here.

I remember liking the multi-levels, all sorts or interesting interior views that way. Wouldn’t want to have to live with all those steps now, though, lol! They did a nice job on the renovations, for the most part.
The house I had my eye on, was at one time for sale. But was torn down. I about fell out when I first heard the rumor that The One himself was going to buy it.

At first glance I read the headline as “Ironic Brady Bunch house...”
I wonder what they found up in the attic.
Mr. Brady’s Gay Porn stash?
“ No kidding, perhaps 350k ”
It is 350k. The rest are taxes.
Astro turf grass.

We saw and enjoyed it.
$4 In my home state that would be a $300,000 home and would have a basement and a big yard with a creek. pond, lake nearby. Just move away from the cities for lower prices.
Where that home is the weather is hot hot hot in the summer.
Here’s the story of a man named Brady
Who was living in a quite expensive house.
The Greg & Marcia tape!
And a great episode of the X-Files.
