InBev / Budweiser is determined to avoid the optics of retailers having to dump beer when it expires.

They’re down almost $10 per share.

That’s the hit the CEO hates the most.

It is normal for beer past it expiration to be bought back. The missing info would be how much is being bought back, its usually a small % which is what buyers and estimators model out.

I went to an air show this past weekend and AB did not even have a beer tent.

Not a boycott. The AB brands are dead.

It’s the old adage:

First generation builds it
Second generation grows it
Third generation lives high on it
Fouth generation and beyond destroy it or sell it

Sort of like that

I’ve got to go buy me a case with one of those coupons before the weekend to use for target practice. Didn’t see any of the store the other day. Will keep checking.

Those “20%” numbers look really suspicious to me. It’s much more than that, if my own observations are any guide.

Budweiser can certainly make the case for these losses simply due to regulatory requirements. They will use their political lobbyists to recover the harm done in regulatory compliance. (Meaning a taxpayer funded compensation for losses)

In fact, that is the case.

Where is Madame Horseface, the one who dissed all things
Fratt Boy related? Is she still on hiatus, sipping another unnamed beer by the swimming pool?

It is an apparent fact that Bud Lite sales have fallen on average 20-22%

What means is that sales still exist at the 80% level.

It bears repeating: in a boycott the customers return once the issue is resolved. In a brand change they don’t.

They have to make a public apology to their customers. But doing so would imply that transsexualism is somehow…wrong…and the Wrath of the Abyss will fall down upon them if they dare to do it.

The brand is gone. All they can do is develop a new one - and hope.

We gotta get those numbers up.

25 percent loss of sales isn’t gonna cut it.

And stop buying all their other brands.
