He STILL doesn't get it! Anheuser-Busch CEO blames social media 'misinformation' for Bud Light boycott which has led to 26% drop in sales as he insists Dylan Mulvaney partnership 'was one post - not an advertisement'

The CEO of Anheuser-Busch has continued to deflect blame for the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco, and claims social media 'misinformation' triggered the boycott of Bud Light, sending sales crashing 26 percent.

Michel Doukeris doubled down on his claims that transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney was never a partner with the American beer company and said cans featuring her face were never going to be on sale for the general public.

He blamed 'misinformation and disinformation' that was spread online for making people believe cans with Mulvaney's face were being rolled out for sale across the US, when only one souvenir can had been produced and sent to the influence to mark the one year anniversary of her transition from male-to-female.

It is just the latest excuse Anheuser-Busch executives have made for the calamitous advertisements, after previously saying it was created by an outside ad agency and nobody in the company were aware of the campaign — despite two of Bud Light's marketing executives stepping down in the aftermath.

Doukeris told the Financial Times over the weekend: 'People often talk about this topic in social media like noise.

'You have one fact and every person puts an opinion behind the fact. And then the opinions start to be replicated fast on each and every comment.

'By the time that 10 or 20 people put a comment out there, the reality is no longer what the fact is, but is more (about) what the comments were.'

The global CEO added: 'We never intended to make it for general production and sale for the public...it was one post. It was not an advertisement.'

It’s not believed by anyone because we have video evidence of Ms. Heinerscheid being interviewed when she told us that the BL brand was “dying” and “fratty” (her words), and that if they didn’t start to appeal to a new and younger base, they wouldn’t be around much longer. She was PROUDLY proclaiming that she was tasked with making the brand “brighter” and “more inclusive”. This was a directive from the super head honchos at BL and AB-InBev.

Hence, the gift to Dylan Mulvaney to get the words out to his followers. BL was expecting this to be VERY WELL RECEIVED by the public. They live in a freaking bubble.

There is no misinformation or disinformation with this. They totally screwed themselves here, and now the tranny community is upset with them, too, for not going full throttle on commitment towards them.

I can’t remember the name but some dildo wrote the other day that AB only had a 1% drop in their business. LOL. We used to call that “whistling past the graveyard.”

Not just target....
gillette....
JC Penney....
bb&b...

And too many more to list...
Those that say boycotts don’t work are lying to you.

The power of the pocketbook is everything in a capitalist society, and as of right now, that is what we are.

I am looking at low hanging fruit.

AB needs to be separated from InBev and go under. I am to the point with them that there is no apology accepted. They can, and should die.

I make a qualitative difference between companies that support perverts and those that push it down our throats.

Target is slowly being choked to death (I think). A large part of that is sales have dropped. Walmart donates to woke causes but is not nearly as bad as Target.

Burger King is my other one that I think is really vulnerable. The vegan burgers make them easy to hate. And vegans are not going to eat there anyway.

I am now a much less involved fan of MLB. In fact, they probably would not know I am a fan at all.

Beyond that Ford and GM for other reasons.

Blaming the customers for not being better mind-readers is about as tin-eared as publicly calling them "fratty and out of touch". I don't think they scored any points with either. And "it was only one can" is as weak as "John Wilkes Booth only fired one shot": it was, in fact, the only commemorative can and as such stuck out like, well, never mind. It was exactly what they're now denying: it was a political statement, it was intended to be a political statement, and they're stuck with it. Fortunately for their sales it did bring in that new demographic they were after of young, hip, and transsexual friendly...oh, wait, no, now they're pissed off too and they're boycotting as well. That, my friends, is a PR gaffe of truly epic proportion.

It wasn’t one can, it was several cases (that we saw in the “post”). And it was identified as “paid advertising,” during March Madness. Does he really think beer drinkers are as stupid as A-B marketroids? (That’s rhetorical—don’t answer that!)

he’s right. it was only a promotional can for dylan... as a celebration of his 365 days of womanhood... the marketing director sent it to him, perhaps a case of the stuff...

but one thing led to another and bam... dylan made a big deal out of it and the rest is herstory.

This is it exactly. They knew. And when Frau Hundergesicht sues InBev, that's exactly what that suit will reveal. I fully expect Michel Doukeris to attempt to blame Carlos Brito!

One of the knock-on effects I would like our LA Freepers to do (and we seem to have a few Hollywood-connected types), is strangle this script in the crib. Because you know there are two or three pitches in the making, and let's make this boycott final. Mulvaney? Finished. AB InBev? Finished. Michel Doukeris? Finished. Frau Hundergesicht? Finished.

The good guys won one.

Fin.

They have gotten away with supporting deviants for decades. Why would they understand that this was the straw that broke the camels back?

There isn’t any. The misinformation comes from them. They think if they tell us loud enough and long enough that they had nothing to do with Mulvaney getting a commemorative can, that all will be well.

The fact is, this is a decision that was made at the top. They WANTED to be INCLUSIVE.

We know what that word means now. It doesn’t really mean tolerating others, it means shoving offensive behavior straight into your base customers’ faces, and having us swallow what they just shoved down our collective throats.

We are fighting back from being continuously assaulted by these disgusting corporations. They can take their filth elsewhere.
