I don’t accept the “wrong room” defense. They are guilty of assault and unlawful sequestration or kidnapping. There is no debate. They are guilty.

File criminal charges on your own if you have to. Don’t wait on the DA. Head to the Courthouse and swear out criminal complaints. Demand warrants.
Unlawful restraint is a no brainer. If they pulled guns then Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Then find some bottom feeding attorneys and file a civil action.
Have the idiot Feds who did this dragged out of their nice cushy offices in handcuffs. Bankrupt them with civil suits. Strip them of what we indemnity or immunities they may think they have.
But do not let them walk away unscathed.
