Likely to begin with there is just one or a few that make the rest of them shut down , not wanting to look unwoke. During the Iraq war , there were packs of cards that had the 52 highest ranking Iraqi officials. So, packs of cards with the woke board members, listing their affiliations, foibles and so forth. maybe
it ‘ll make them uncomfortable, which would be a good start.
