Distressing TikTok footage captured the moment an upset teacher quit her job and marched out of a classroom while saying: 'I'm just a stupid old white lady.'
The woman, who has not been identified, looked distressed as she started to pack up her belongings before storming out of the classroom.
Initially pupils can be heard laughing, before a male voice says 'woah isn't no way' as she continues on her outburst.
It is unclear which school or even where in the US the incident took place, with text over the top of the footage saying 'they made the teacher leave'.
A woman can be heard saying 'just come out' as another remember of staff wearing a lanyard appears to stand in the classroom watching it unfold.
The teacher said: 'And people are laughing, I'm gonna go I don't even care if I don't get paid today. I'm just a stupid old white lady, that's all.
'Yeah do whatever you want to do I don't care. You're gonna do it anyway.'
'I'm walking, I'm walking right out the door. I won't ever be back.'
Many teachers have spoken out in solidarity with the woman, saying that 'bullies come in all ages' as well as blaming it on parents for controlling their children.
One said: 'They literally brag about making teachers cry or quit like it's cute or something.'

It all went downhill when teachers and principals could no longer discipline students and would face lawsuits IF they did....
There was era not that long ago, teachers were able to knock some of these turds into next week, If needed....those days are gone.
Form private neighborhood home schools using the homeschool curriculums and maintain discipline for those that want to learn. Those that don’t: don’t come back.

we had a recent case where a group of school age gangbangers had a Zoom meeting to discuss another student’s betrayal and killing him. They shot him dead in his front yard. Mostly 15 year olds.

That would probably be a bad bet. I was an urban public school teacher for decades. Our union leadership was totally leftist. But we teachers pretty much mirrored society as a whole. We had conservative Trump Republicans, Bernie Sanders communists, and everything in between.
So how could our union leaders be 100% leftist? Well, I could tell you union election stories that would make Stalin envious.
Rather that filling libraries and classrooms with sexual kink and stupid made up pronouns maybe it’s time to put books in classrooms dealing with basic ‘right and wrong’.
When and if I could get the sub to come back, the letter(s) were delivered personally to them. It happened but only once or twice in 16 years.

My sister retired from 45 years of teaching last month. The classrooms are like what is described in the excerpt. She is on nationwide teaching boards and reads the same story all over the country. Zero respect, zero work performed, zero desire to learn, cuss out the teacher, assault the teacher. And all the administrations can do is further relax discipline, give in to the little darlings, hire another ten useless administrators, provide zero backing and support for the teachers, and go out for another bond issue to get more money.
We considered it a "badge of honor" if we made a female teacher cry or a male teacher get angry and swear at us.
Our crowning achievement was making a male teacher cry.
Karma has a way of getting back to you. I later had to teach a bunch of high schoolers. Not fun at all.
I contacted my former teacher and apologized. She was very kind and forgiving.
