The only way to explain the sudden rise in deaths in June/July 2021 that fits the data is the COVID vaccine, AFAIK.
There are only two causes that have been suggested:
the safe and effective vaccine
because people in nursing homes were denied hospital treatment.
We can see from the chart that a rapid increase in dementia deaths in June to July exactly coincides with the vax rollout for aged care.
Just a coincidence? Pretty unlikely I think. If you have an alternate hypothesis, it would have to fit the June/July timeframe for the biggest effect.
Evidence for causality Dementia was listed in 3 of 150 serious adverse event safety signals for 18 and over that the CDC found in the VAERS database and it scored 52X in the X-factor analysis.
If you think it is not caused by the vaccine, I’m all ears because the data fits like a glove.
This wasn’t caused by COVID damaging people’s brain since there was no COVID in June/July 2021 when the excess dementia deaths rose dramatically:

I wouldn’t put it past modern medicine to be euthanizing dementia patients who are viewed as costly, long term problems.

Well, the human race IS getting dumber.
That chart is not how excess deaths are presented.
Excess Deaths are weekly deaths, not cumulative (which actually doesn’t make any sense), and compared to the death counts for those particular weeks of 4-5 yrs prior, either averaged, or plotted as individual lines for each year. Not cumulative difference vs one year. This graph is some sort of contortion. Why do it this way? I can’t believe the Australian health ministry tracks like this.
Go to the CDC Excess Deaths site to see how it is properly done. The UK and Israel match the CDC procedure.
As for the vax rollout in Australia date, well, I don’t now how effective the rollout was in terms of how rapidly how many of the population were vaxed and with what kind. I do know Australia were very strict about travelers and they kept death counts down for a very long time via that strict exclusion of the virus.
Then they loosened travel restrictions last year and the virus killed a lot of people. Their max daily death count was about 250 six months ago, almost certainly from the predominant Omicron variant of that time, arriving from Asia.
So, you know governments in the West are lying about the dangers of the vaccine but think they are telling the turth about the war in Ukraine? Unbelievable.

Since CoupFlu and before the vaxxes came out, did the number of expected deaths attributed to dementia suddenly decline?
Then, after the vaxxes came out, did the number of expected deaths attributed to dementia suddenly increase...?
If the answer to either, but especially to both, is yes...
Then, Houston, we have a problem.
