Biden FAA nominee, Phillip Washington, admitted that he knew nothing about the FAA's operations or responsibilities but did correctly supply his name to the Senate panel. Although the CEO of the Denver Airport, Phil tried not to get too involved with "airplane" stuff and focused on ensuring all the airport concourse vendors anteed up big bucks.
Phil did suggest some changes to improve air travel. First he would promote all co-pilots to pilots which should relieve the pilot shortage. Latin American immigrants would be pushed through the same pilot course that the 911 terrorists used to become co-pilots. Since co-pilots do very little other than play Angry Birds while the pilots actually fly the plane, this improvement would alleviate the pilot shortage and give gainful employment to those in dire need. Additionally, Christian travelers could crow that "Jesus is my Co-pilot" when travelling by air.
Additionally, Phil would hire Drag Queens to perform when those day and week long delays and cancellations arise to keep those customers happy and occupied. Additionally, as he did in Denver, during those delays weed and coke could be handed out to help calm the angry delayed passengers.
And above all, although he is not queer or trans or competent, Phil is black which qualifies him for the job.
He is a perfect fit for the federal government...
It’s called: “Peas in a pod...”
As the body count rises, just file it under “reparations.”
...therefore I qualify to fly Air Force One.
Biden must have nominated this asshole after he heard he’d stayed in a Holiday Inn Express.
Nah, he owns a copy of FS95. Still hasn’t landed anything successfully but he’s trying!
That was the most pitiful performance I have ever personally witnessed... If this guy gets in, I’m done with flying. One of the previous heads of the FAA was a woman. She got the job because she was a woman, and guess what, we had a lot of accidents. This affirmative action does not work and costs lives.
